Registration
Curious about rugby as a sport? You can sign up as a trial member without any obligation. You’ll be able to train for free for four weeks. If you decide to become a member afterwards, you can also start playing matches.
You can find the online registration form here. You can indicate whether you want to sign up as a trial member or a full member. After registration, the membership administration will contact you.
Changes to Your Membership
Any changes to your membership (e.g., address change or email address change) can be communicated to the membership administration. This can only be done via email.

VRC kit
VRC plays in a white kit with red trim and white socks with a red band. Thermals worn under the kit should be black. For safety reasons, zips, hoods, and pockets in clothing are not allowed.
A mouthguard is mandatory; without one, a player cannot participate in training or matches.
Both grass and artificial turf are played on with boots that have (plastic) studs. Only from the Cubs (under 14 years) are metal studs allowed.

Membership fees
The membership fees are set annually and consist of two parts: a contribution to the rugby union and the club membership fee. Before the fees are debited, you will receive an invoice. Instalment payments are possible; please contact our treasurer for arrangements.
The membership fees for the current season are as follows:
End of Your Membership
A season runs from 1st July of any given year to 30th June of the following calendar year.
Cancellations for the new season must be made by email to the membership administration before 15th June of the current season. Only cancellations made by e-mail to the membership administration are valid.
If the cancellation is not received by 15th June, the membership fee for the entire new season is due.
If you cancel during an ongoing season, you are still required to pay the membership fee for that season.
IMPORTANT: We will send a confirmation of your cancellation by e-mail within a few days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the membership administration. After confirming your cancellation, VRC will cancel the direct debit authorization.
